Colonel(Retired) Bradley D. Osterman Brad grew up in southern Minnesota, graduated from the University of North Dakota commissioned as a 2LT of Aviation in the US Army. My assignments included tactical flight and staff positions at all levels capping off a 28-year Army Career retiring in 2022 from the US Special Operations Command at Mac Dill AFB, FL.
Brad and his wife Adrienne have three children under the age of 20, and currently own and manage 3 investment and short-term rental properties. As a multiple-time homeowner and real estate investor myself, I provide borrowers with the experience that I’ve always wanted.
