Brandy Perkinson has been an integral part of the mortgage industry for over 20 years, recently stepping into the role of Processing Manager at our Redding, CA branch. With a wealth of experience, she has worked alongside the Chris Lamm team for more than a decade, specializing in helping homebuyers achieve their dreams. Her keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment have made her a valuable asset in ensuring smooth loan transaction for all parties involved.
Outside of work, Brandy resides in Gilbert, AZ, with her husband Ryan and their 100-pound rescue dog, Jax. When she’s not at home, Brandy enjoys hiking through the Arizona desert, traveling (especially to Las Vegas to visit their son), and riding their Harley Davidson. They are active members of the Elks lodge riders’ group, focusing on charity rides that support veterans
