My mortgage career started in 1995, with 4 years in processing and 25 years in Underwriting. Skilled in assessing loan applications, evaluating risk factors, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulations with VA (LAPP/SAR), FHA (DE), FNMA, FHLMC, USDA and Utah Housing Program. I am a team player and willing to help any way I can. I work hard to find solutions to complex files. I take pride in educating fellow team members and I always am willing to learn from them as wells.
I live in Huntsville, UT with my husband of 33 years. We have two daughters that are both out on their own now. We have one grandson that brings us some much joy. I love the great outdoors and everything it offers. My favorite seasons are spring, fall and winter. Summers are too hot for me.
